Since when did I become the biggest Ratatat fan. I posted one of their songs (and made it my ringtone), but I couldn't find any other songs by them that I liked. On another occasion, I randomly stumbled onto their remix of The Knife, thought it was awesome and posted it. A few days ago I found this song, loved it, downloaded it, only to find out now that it is also a Ratatat remix! I haven't even been looking for Ratatat yet this is their third time on the blog! Ridiculous! I just cannot resist their sweet sweet nectar.
And who'd have guessed that this guy David Dallas is from New Zealand, he doesn't sound like it! I haven't heard anything else by him, but this is good stuff and in an interview I read he seemed pretty sound. He played at South by Southwest this year so he could be on the way up.
